We wish to inform that MTC is organising Malaysia’s participation in INDEX Tradefairs 2012 which will be held at the MMRDA Exhibition Grounds, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai from 18-21 October 2012.

We are pleased to inform that MTC will be subsidising 50% of the booth construction for each exhibitor. The participation fees (after taking into account the subsidy) are as follows:

• 18 sqm - RM15,600
• 27 sqm - RM23,500

Please find attached herewith the following for your attention:

• Terms and Conditions for participation in the Malaysian Pavilion
• Application Form

If your company is interested to participate, the following documents must be submitted to MTC by Friday, 18 May 2012:

1. Completed and signed Application Form
2. Signed copy of the Terms and Conditions
3. 50% deposit of the Participation Fees
4. Two (2) sets of photographs of items to be exhibited
